  • We provide temporary and temp-to-perm RN and Surgical Tech staffing for assignments ranging from 4 to 26 weeks. Our focus is on traditional travel assignments, EMR conversion staffing, and rapid response staffing with an emphasis on hard to find RN specialties. In addition, depending on our clients' needs, we offer our clients the flexibility of a standard 36-hour guaranteed work week or a 48-hour guaranteed work week (with no overtime until after 48 hours).

We assess each nurse for competency, verify licensure and education, validate employment history, and confirm references prior to submission of their candidate profile. Thorough background checks and credential verifications are also performed as a requirement before starting work with any of our clients.

Our internal technology enables TNAA to post client job orders to our website and text/email them to our nurse candidates immediately without delay. In addition, our technology allows us to instantly link candidates in our database to job orders that match their experience, skill set, and preferences –speeding up the recruiting process dramatically. This results in clients quickly receiving candidate profiles that are a great fit for the job.
  • Clinical support is a crucial part of a travel assignment. Our clinical services team, consisting of experienced Registered Nurses, is available to address clinical issues. Our clinical staff works directly with both our client facilities and our healthcare professionals throughout the assignment to support clinical and behavioral concerns.
  • Yes. All of our traveling healthcare providers are employees of TNAA. In addition, we provide one of the most comprehensive and flexible benefit packages in the industry to our temporary employees in order to attract the most qualified staff for our clients.
  • We first forward you select candidate profiles which meet your specific job requirements. You have the option to contact the candidate directly or we can assist and arrange an interview call between you and the candidate. During the interview you will be able ask questions to determine if the candidate is a clinical and cultural fit for your facility. You are in complete control of which healthcare providers you bring on board.
  • Once you and the candidate decide the position is a good fit, we will confirm the assignment with both you and the traveler. Once the confirmation is signed by you and the candidate, we begin making arrangements for the employee's arrival at your facility. We handle drug screens, licensure, background checks, travel arrangements and housing. They will arrive at your facility ready to work on your required start date.
