The Content Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the content strategy both internally and externally to increase TNAA’s online presence and overall brand awareness.
· Create content to support Marketing and other department initiatives.
· Edit and proof content for the Marketing Department and other departments as needed.
· Manage website content through WordPress.
· Create and/or edit press releases regarding industry news highlighting company accomplishments.
· Develop and execute high level content that attracts and engages target personas across multiple channels.
· Develop advertising creative and messaging as requested to support marketing initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in copywriting, content development, design, or strategic content. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Pardot, content distribution networks, WordPress, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Monday – Friday 8-5pm
Starting compensation is within a predetermined, internal salary range and depends on qualifications and experience
