Support the VP of Finance & Contract Administrators in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department by supporting the Contract Administrators to ensure hospital contracts and assignment contracts are accurate. This position applies knowledge of the company’s organizational structure and financial systems in performance of the job responsibilities. This role has responsibilities that will require good judgment and critical thinking skills. Absolute confidentiality is required.
1. Assist Contract Administrators in areas of responsibility to ensure travel assignments convey accurate information to the traveler regarding pay, benefits, and assignment specifics resulting in accurate payroll budget and expense calculation, and accurate invoicing.
2. Review assignments on a weekly basis to verify information is correct and identify any changes that need to be made before assignments start.
3. Responsible for weekly comparison of assignment data to third party websites.
4. Weekly communication of assignments pending not locked to various sales staff.
5. Assist Contract Administrator to resolve issues or areas that need clarification to be addressed with sales staff.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma. TNAA Payroll experience preferred. Payroll experience and/or training is helpful. Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Good Planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations. Works well with other members of TNAA.
Ability to read and interpret contracts policy, procedures and documents such as procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with travelers, customers, other team members and upper management. Ability to effectively answer questions and explain information to Travelers, employees and other outside contacts regarding accounts.

Starting compensation is within a predetermined, internal salary range and depends on qualifications and experience.
