As a Recruiting Specialist, you will have the wonderful responsibility of establishing and maintaining relationships with our traveling nurses in order to provide the highest level of customer service. This will ensure their traveling experience is the best!
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Proactively seek current and potential qualified traveling nurses and determine their needs and job qualifications · Work collaboratively with other departments to book travelers and provide ongoing service throughout the assignments. · Be available to answer questions and provide organizational support to enhance good working relationships with travelers. · Provide periodic on-call support
Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of healthcare recruiting experience preferably with traveling healthcare professionals. Strong candidates will have an incredible work ethic, strong problem solving skills, and are results driven while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and have superb customer service skills.
